Ms. Eondrene Thompson is the General Manager at the Guyana Gold Board, An Agency under the Ministry of Natural Resources.

She commenced employment at Guyana Gold Board in 2010 as the Finance Manager and was promoted to the position of General Manager in January 2018. She has approximately thirty years of experience in Financial Accounting and Administration, both in the public and private sectors, including two years in the United Kingdom.

Ms. Thompson Graduated from the University of Guyana with a Diploma in Banking and Finance and a BSc. in Accountancy. She also holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) In Executive Leadership from Liverpool John Moores University in the UK. Further, she is currently reading for her Ph.D. in Management from Texila American University.

Her philosophy strives to enhance and maintain a progressive Organisation that will utilise her Leadership skills to support continued growth and development.
