Nikeshia Castello is a seasoned marketing strategist, radio host, and events planner with over 10 years of experience in public relations and marketing. Born in Guyana, she has successfully represented prestigious companies, managed corporate reputations and events, and played a key role in the transition from manual to online taxation system (Optimal Revenue Management System) at the Guyana Revenue Authority in 2021.

Nikeshia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Management from the University of Guyana and a Master’s Degree in Creative Events Management from Falmouth University in the United Kingdom. Currently, she serves as the Communications Officer at the Guyana Manufacturing & Services Association, representing the association across public platforms, including social media and news outlets.
